30-day return window

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Because every piece is cut from natural marble or onyx, slight variation in veining and tone between what's pictured and what arrives is expected and is not itself grounds for a return.

How to start a return

Contact us at support@laonyx.com or call +1 425 448 6100 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST) with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the details and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. Returns are sent by mail using the instructions we provide when your return is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@laonyx.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
